The credit crunch has exposed agents that believed they could continue to operate in the same way as they did before whilst those that understood a different thinking pattern have gained a valuable experience of a different market. Being given the reins to the Farnborough branch during the recent downturn and improving performance whilst being independently assessed by the Property Ombudsman and awarded the full 10 out of 10 for service is only a few of my team's achievements with many more to come as we look into the future.
