As one of the directors of Bridges my main focus over the last few years has been building the lettings side of the business. I work on the shop floor and I always make myself available for any of our customers or staff to speak to. The business is ARLA licensed and over 50% of the staff working within it hold their own ARLA qualifications and memberships. Our well-structured, tried and tested procedures, ensure that our Landlords exposure is minimal and they always receive the highest possible service standards
We do not over complicate Lettings, always aiming to keep things simple!
In my role as PA/Financial Controller, I am happy to be supporting Tony and Carlo in the day-to-day running of the company.

Reconciling all client’s money on a daily basis is an arduous and stressful job that requires enormous attention to detail.

As head of accounts I have to be conscious on a day to day basis of the anomalies which arise. With thousands of bank entries a week reconciling and accounting is the biggest challenge and biggest motivator. I pride myself on making sure our landlords receive their rent on time and accurately month in month out.
