£35,000 - £40,000 OTE Basic salary plus commission

Role

Having gained experience in estate agency or the property industry here is your opportunity to shine by bringing business to the Land & New Homes department by managing specific clients on small or larger developer contracts, and winning new business.

Your land opportunities will come solely from those that you generate exposing your ability to make things happen in an effort to gain more market share in a competitive market.

Aiding your team in the quest for success will be at the top of your agenda whilst building a suitable pipeline and directory of clients to fit in with the company’s expectations.

Hours

8.45am – 6.15pm  Monday – Friday

Weekends by rota either manning sites or based in the Hub or residential office. We would aim for you to work every other Saturday, subject to rota, holiday and of course necessity.

At peak times the Saturdays could be more regular – eg if we launch a site – but during the quieter periods there may not be the necessity.

  • Follow the systems and processes built at Bridges to ensure that you are playing your part in hitting ALL business objectives.

  • Help grow the office turnover and profit and your income by delivering our strategy.
  • Ensure clients, contacts and the locals receive an appropriate, competent and high level of service.
  • To evolve by taking on more responsibility of the company’s processes, to progress onto being a Senior Client Manager achieving certain milestones and showing the endeavour to do so.
  • All other general works that are delegated to help the office run efficiently and as required by the team.

Responsible for

  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Public perception of the company, boards, photos and how you present yourself.
  • Office presentation.
  • Striving to hit your targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis set by your Manager/Director.
  • To aid your team members in managing clients sites which are for sale.
  • Carry out your own and others viewing appointments with the focus on achieving an offer on the property.
  • Adhering to the company’s expectations on compliance and service levels.
  • Aiding your team and also winning high levels of business personally.
  • As well as sales, the conveyancing, mortgage, lettings and personal growth of all these elements.
  • Provide feedback on your appointments the same day and the client as per their wishes.
  • Some administration and sales progression.
