Role

A position has arisen at Bridges for a Data, Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our fantastic team of winners. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, have a pride and passion about their work along with a strong work ethic. Reporting to the Directors the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our Data Automation, Digital Marketing and Social Media and will be tasked with ensuring we are at the top of our game in this field of the business.

Based at any office within 5 miles of Aldershot. Hours are Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30 although social media will have to be policed over the weekend remotely.

Responsible for

  • Developing, designing and distributing of agreed Marketing Campaigns via Marketing Automation Tool Brief your market
  • Development and Mapping of customer journeys through automation
  • Measurement and tweaking of triggers to ensure our automated mail is delivered at the most prominent time for readership
  • Keeping Bridges database up-to-date including cleansing of data, importing new data, updating records and performing the necessary cross checks to ensure no duplications
  • Managing email distribution lists including new subscriptions, opt-outs and bounce backs
  • Managing the microsites and digital content of Property Portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation
  • Management of the detail and content of the company’s social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram growing followers and engagement and policing comments
  • Develop Timelines and Plans to post to local community sites on social media
  • Networking with local business to create backlinks
  • Management of Directors’ Linkedin Accounts to aid recruitment
  • Encourage our datasbase for online reviews and analysis of which review platform will be most beneficial to the company
  • Collect data and prepare marketing statistics throughout the year, and contribute ideas and suggest new initiatives or areas of improvement
  • Monitoring website and social media analytics and reporting
  • Providing assistance with developing internet and website presence, improving search rankings, developing a social media strategy and improving visibility over time
  • Developing content for website blog and preparing digital newspaper
  • Working alongside our offices and senior staff to ensure our online presence is engaging, up to date and relevant to our industry
