House prices in Ash Vale: How much is your house worth?

In the last ten years prices have increased by an amazing 58% in Ash Vale! In the last 12 months there have been 86 sold properties in Ash Vale with an average value of £375,000 with the highest sale achieved locally in the last 12 months on Horseshoe Lane achieving £860,000.

Colleges nearby include Merrist Wood near Guildford, Tomlinscote in Camberley and Farnborough College. Another attraction is that Ash Vale is only 7 miles from Guildford but closer to the Hampshire towns of Aldershot and Farnborough, the centres of which are each about two miles away.
