Terms & Conditions: Subject to agreeing a 20 week agreement which is a) a sole selling rights agreement for 20 weeks or b) a joint agency agreement with Bridges / Online Agent. In the event that the online agent introduces a purchaser that proceeds to a successful exchange of contracts Bridges will not charge a fee. The exchange is subject to a minimum charge of 1.75% + VAT and a minimum property value of £250,000. The reimbursement will be actioned by a reduction in our final invoice of the specified amount above. A Bridges board must be erected at the property solely.
