Sean Hanly (MARLA)

Sean Hanly (MARLA) is a Lettings Manager based in our Aldershot branch.  He is responsible for taking his clients through the rental journey, from the initial market appraisal to tenant move in. Sean joined the Bridges family in 2019, with no previous experience in agency but with a very hungry attitude to achieve. Sean has won multiple annual awards year after year for both lets agreed and new instructions. Sean is very ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic. He cares deeply about the customer service journey he provides and always goes the extra mile. Away from work, Sean enjoys spending time with family, playing golf and following his beloved Chelsea FC.

Daniel Dwyer

Daniel Dwyer is a Client Manager based out of our Aldershot office. This is his first role in estate agency, previously working in investments and telesales for the last 3 years. Estate agency is always something he’s been interested in and now is the best time for him to get involved and shine within the Bridges. He always strives to be the best at what he does through hard work, commitment, and consistency. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys nothing more than watching his beloved Arsenal and playing football.

Lettings Negotiator

Matt Parsons

Matt Parsons is a Lettings Negotiator for Aldershot, Ash Vale and Farnham. Whilst studying Business and Finance courses in college, Matt took an interest in the world of property. Matt expressed his desire to learn and build on his skillset whilst working in the HUB and spoke about his aspirations to become successful in his progression through the company. Matt spends much of his time in the gym and says it has given him the confidence and motivation to constantly improve, and that it has taught him to remain disciplined and work hard in all aspects of his life. Matt hopes to bring this mindset to the work environment, as it will drive him through his sales journey.

Suzy Steventon Kiy (MARLA)

Suzy Steventon Kiy (MARLA) Head of Lettings Operations, joined the team in March 2020 but has worked in the property management industry for the previous 10 years. She works hard to ensure that our clients’ needs are at the forefront of our business at all times. Despite being born and raised in London Suzy is far from a city girl and in her spare time enjoys exploring the great outdoors with family and friends, whether that be walking or mountain biking.

Candice Jones (MARLA)

Candice Jones (MARLA) is the Manager of Property Management and has worked in the property sector since 2014. With a strong background in customer service, she brings a wealth of experience to her role and thrives on the variety and challenges that each day brings. Outside of work, Candice enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Assistant Manager of Property Management

Kirsty Kisko (MARLA)

Kirsty Kisko (MARLA) is an Assistant Manger of our Property Management team, who looks after the Aldershot town centre portfolio. Kirsty is responsible for the tenancy and communicating with tenants and landlords from the moment of move in right up until the check out and deposit return. This includes any maintenance, compliance, and property visits throughout the tenancy. Kirsty has worked in the property market since 2005 and became a Bridges team member in 2012. Having lived in Aldershot all her life she has a great knowledge of the local area and building relationships with her clients is a top priority. Outside of work Kirsty spends her time with her young daughter and enjoys socialising with friends and trying new restaurants.

Kerry Edwards

Kerry Edwards is a dedicated Assistant Manager of Property Management who began her career in early 2023 after transitioning from land acquisition, where she spent four years. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys horse riding, socialising, and taking her little dog for walks.

Stefanie Sutch

Stefanie Sutch joined our property management team after working as a Lettings Negotiator for 13 years across Surrey and Berkshire. Stefanie prides herself on delivering a high level of customer service and enjoys helping both landlords and tenants. Outside of work, Stefanie spends her time watching Formula 1, spending time with her husband and dog and playing board games and doing escape rooms with friends.

Gamandeep Kullar (MARLA)

Gamandeep Kullar joined our Property Management team in 2025 after spending several years in the wholesale and retail procurement industry. Although she had a brief introduction to Property Management at age 21, she decided in 2023 that it was time to return to the field. Looking for a fresh challenge, she joined Bridges to dive deeper into property management and expand her knowledge. Outside of work, Gamandeep is always on the lookout for new activities to try, but she makes sure to balance her weekends by exploring the quiet, charming countryside with her dog by her side.

Juliana Pascoa (MARLA)

Juliana Pascoa joined our Property Management team in 2024. She has worked in the property industry since 2021, gaining experience as both a negotiator and property manager in a smaller, hands-on environment. In that time, she has built a strong and well-rounded skill set.

Driven to keep learning and push herself further, Juliana joined Bridges to build on her experience and continue growing, such as successfully becoming ARLA qualified.

Outside of work, Juliana enjoys trying new things, rarely doing the same activity twice, and is always up for something different.

Lorna Bailey

Lorna Bailey joined our Property Management team 2025 after working as Operations Manager in Surrey. Although the property industry is new to Lorna, she enjoys a challenge and has many skills ready to utilise in this new career. Lorna brings a warm energy to the team and strives to offer the best service to both Landlords and Tenants. Outside of work, Lorna enjoys dog walks, beach days and reading crime novels.”

Michelle Roberts (MARLA)

Michelle Roberts is a Property Manager based in our Aldershot office. Although Michelle’s professional background is in IT, she made the move into Property Management in 2021 and has thrived ever since. She enjoys problem solving and providing the best customer experience possible for her Landlords and Tenants. Outside of work Michelle spends her time roller skating and exploring the countryside in a camper van.

Samantha South

Samantha South joined our Property Management team in 2025 after working as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer in Sussex. Returning to her hometown in Hampshire, Samantha has bought her four-year property industry knowledge and experience to deliver the best service to all clients. Samantha’s empathetic and honest approach makes her a reliable point of call to Landlord and Tenant queries alike. Outside of work, Samantha can be found wondering the countryside or enjoying a coffee in the garden with her cat.

Simran Chaggar

Simran Chaggar is a Property Manager who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Having previously worked in property management from 2019 to 2022, she has returned to the industry with fresh enthusiasm to continue growing her career and expanding her expertise. Outside of work, Sim is a Lash Technician, and when she’s not busy perfecting lashes or managing properties, she enjoys travelling, hosting family and friends and creating lasting memories with her loved ones.

Hannah Kirby (MARLA)

Hannah Kirby (MARLA) is the Assistant Manager of our Move Coordination team. Hannah’s responsibilities include referencing our tenants, ensuring our properties are fully compliant ready for tenants to move into and dealing with end of tenancies. Hannah has worked in the property industry since 2017 and started with Bridges in April 2021 and lives locally having grown up in Fleet. She enjoys her free time with friends and family.

Senior Move Coordinator

Cody Darch-Lucas (MARLA)

Cody Darch-Lucas (MARLA) is a Senior Move Coordinator based in our Aldershot office, and is responsible for looking after our Landlords, their properties, and prospective tenants throughout the move in and move out process.

Her responsibilities include referencing our tenants, ensuring our properties are fully compliant ready for tenants to move into and processing end of tenancies.

Cody has been with Bridges since 2014, starting as an Apprentice Administration Assistant and progressing in her career, eventually, becoming a Senior Move Coordinator. Cody has always lived locally, having grown up in Aldershot and now living in Ash Vale. She enjoys time with family and friends and binge watching a new TV show when not at work.

Sakthi Kandasamy

Sakthi Kandasamy is the a member of our Move Coordination team at Bridges based in Aldershot. She has a passion for the property industry and looking forward to make a difference in the customer experience. Sakthi spends her time outside of work being a mum, enjoying cooking and spending time with her son.

Corey Graham

Corey Graham is a Senior Business Services Coordinator who has recently entered the property industry. With a strong background in customer service, spanning from retail to event coordination, he brings a driven and passionate approach to his work. Always eager to learn and improve, Corey is committed to both personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, he is a devoted father to his son, and enjoys taking him on walks through the park. A social individual, Corey values quality time with friends and family, often exploring new restaurants and attending events.

Associate Director of Lettings

Jason Jones (MARLA)

Jason Jones (MARLA) is the Associate Director of Lettings for the Bridges Group and is ultimately responsible for leading the Lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed and a desire to learn. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year, his figures are both impressive and formidable to his colleagues. Jason is that rare breed that can write business as well as leading his teams, planning, and strategising our business growth. Nothing is too much trouble for Jason, you are truly in the safest of hands.

Group Managing Director

Daniel Pockett (MARLA)

Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is Group Managing Director and is primarily responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs. As well as enjoying the challenges of his role, Daniel likes to spend as much time as possible with his family and this normally involves his passions of good food, great holidays and plenty of time on the sea.

Carlo Stocchetti (FNAEA FARLA)

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
