Accumulating a vast knowledge and experience within the property industry from a career starting all the way back in 1996, Kevin shows those years in his tireless effort to ensure his client’s properties are marketed in the way he would like to see his own property marketed. Ritchie Cohen is a Senior Client Manager based in our Bracknell office. Ritchie has over 15 years of experience in the property market and recently joined as a specialist for Warfield and Binfield — areas he knows intimately, having lived there for most of his life. His deep understanding of the local community and housing market sets him apart. Outside of work, Ritchie is either playing football or busy on the school run.

Daria Mikolajczyk is a Sales Negotiator based at our Bracknell office. With a genuine passion for the property market, Daria enjoys helping people find their dream homes. Rebecca Wilkins

Rebecca Wilkins started her career in Estate Agency nearly 10 years ago, focusing on Sales Progression. Having worked in different areas, Rebecca works alongside our Aldershot and Bracknell branches, focusing on getting our clients to exchange and completion!

Outside of work, she can normally be found on the side of a pitch watching her son Rohan or enjoying a social drink in the sunshine!

Zoe Durber is part of the team in Farnborough and Bracknell providing move support and progressing sales through to completion. Zoe has over 7 years of experience within the property sector working in Sales Progression, New Homes and residential property sales. Richard Haworth is the Lettings Manager of the Bracknell office, with over 10 years of experience in the property industry. Taylor Smith is one of the Bridges Business Services Coordinators, supporting the various Sales and Lettings departments. Taylor aims to provide service in a professional and organised manner. Jo Spencer

Jo Spencer is the Head of Business Services at Bridges, having joined the team in October 2024. In this role, she leads a dedicated team that provides operational support across various business areas, ensuring excellence in service delivery to both customers and internal teams. Her responsibilities are diverse, encompassing not only the management of Business Services but also supporting Operations and HR functions.

A long-time resident of Bracknell, Jo has lived in the area for over 16 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the local bowling green and having fun with family and friends.

Associate Director of Lettings

Jason Jones (MARLA)

Jason Jones (MARLA) is the Associate Director of Lettings for the Bridges Group and is ultimately responsible for leading the Lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed and a desire to learn. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year, his figures are both impressive and formidable to his colleagues. Jason is that rare breed that can write business as well as leading his teams, planning, and strategising our business growth. Nothing is too much trouble for Jason, you are truly in the safest of hands.

Group Managing Director

James Baldry (FNAEA)

James Baldry (FNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard.  Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Group Managing Director

Daniel Pockett (MARLA)

Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is Group Managing Director and is primarily responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs. As well as enjoying the challenges of his role, Daniel likes to spend as much time as possible with his family and this normally involves his passions of good food, great holidays and plenty of time on the sea.

Carlo Stocchetti (FNAEA FARLA)

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
