Dale Ballard (MNAEA)

Dale Ballard (MNAEA) is the Manager of our Fleet sales office and has been since 2016. Having lived in the area his entire life Dale offers a wealth of local knowledge which often pays dividends when negotiating sales and can always be found working hard to provide his clients with the best possible customer service. In his time away from the office he will mainly be watching some form of motor sport, usually Formula 1 or planning days out with his wife and their two children.

Michael Noble

Michael Noble is a Senior Client Manager at our Fleet office. With over 20 years’ experience in real estate, luxury motorcycles and energy-sector recruitment across both the UK and the United States, Michael brings a dynamic and people-focused approach to everything he does. Having lived in Fleet since 1991, he has a deep connection to the town, strong family roots, and a genuine passion for supporting the local community. Michael thrives on meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and delivering a level of service that feels both personal and straightforward. Outside of work, Michael enjoys restoring and riding vintage motorcycles and is currently training for an exciting and ever-growing calendar of triathlon events.

Sales Negotiator

Jamie McGill

Jamie McGill is a Sales Negotiator within our Fleet branch. He has worked in hospitality for the past few years and is now ready to get his teeth sunk into a new career in estate agency at Bridges. He is motivated by helping people and being the best person he can be, he is looking forward to applying these skills here at Bridges. Outside of work, Jamie is passionate about going on new adventures and trying new things, his favourite sport is golf, and he loves to spend his time with friends and family (preferably down the pub or in a nice restaurant).

Libby Betts

Libby Betts currently works as a Sales Negotiator within the Fleet branch. Due to Libby working within hospitality from a young age, helping to aid clients is a genuine passion for her. She enjoys having goals to work towards in order to achieve the absolute best for everyone around her. She has lived within the local area since 2008 and has a great knowledge of all surrounding areas. Out of work hours, Libby is very family and friend oriented however, though proving difficult, Libby enjoys quality time with her young Labrador puppy.

Matt Bozier

Matthew Bozier works as a Sales Progressor for our Camberley and Fleet branches and has worked in the industry since 2021, covering the Surrey and Hampshire areas. He lives locally and has a good understanding and knowledge of the local market. In his spare time, Matthew spends a lot of time with his family, friends and on the golf course!

Dean Curtis (MARLA)

Dean Curtis (MARLA) is a Senior Lettings Manager for the group. He is responsible for ensuring that each member of his team delivers the best possible customer service to all of our clients. Having worked in lettings since 2013, Dean has an extensive knowledge of the industry and achieved his professional ARLA qualification in 2015. Dean has lived locally his entire life across Farnborough, Frimley and Farnham and currently resides in Mytchett. When he has had the chance over the last few years, he has enjoyed travelling to all parts of the world with his wife, Laura, and enjoys running and playing for a local Sunday league football team.

Executive Client Manager 

Sam Burrows

Sam Burrows is an Executive Client Manager with a strong background in lettings and property management, working in the industry since 2015. Living locally, combines expert knowledge with a friendly, hands-on approach. She has a passion for property and provides a personal and proactive approach to your Lettings journey.  Outside of work, you’ll find Sam Burrows chasing after her toddler, cooking up a new recipe, or running around with her playful puppy.

Client Manager

Jake Compton

Jake Compton is a Client Manager for our Farnborough and Fleet offices. He is responsible for taking his clients through the rental journey, all the way from the initial market appraisal to tenant move in. Jake has recently joined Bridges with over two and a half years in the industry to back him. Jake is very ambitious, enthusiastic and cares deeply about the customer service journey he provides, always going the extra mile. Outside of work, Jake (sometimes) enjoys playing golf with friends and watching American Football at the weekends.

Lettings Negotiator

Molly Silvester

Molly Silvester is a Lettings Negotiator located in the Farnborough & Fleet office. She has previously worked within the lettings industry in Guildford and loves helping people find properties that tick all their requirements and that they can truly settle into. Outside of work, Molly loves spending time with family and friends, especially her little dog Patty. Molly loves being sociable and going for a cheeky glass of wine.

New Homes Director

Mark Kirby (MNAEA)

Mark Kirby (MNAEA) is the Director of the Land and New Homes team based in Fleet. Mark has worked for Bridges for over 30 years and was the first employee to be taken on by the original founder back in 1992. Starting out as a Negotiator Mark went on to manage various offices before becoming a Director. Mark is hardworking, dedicated, and instrumental to the success and growth to the Land and New Homes team. Outside of work Mark is a keen sportsman and likes football, golf and running.

Senior Business Services Coordinator

Jules Winchester

Jules Winchester is a Business Services Senior Coordinator and has worked for Land and New Homes in Fleet since 2019 having started her career with Bridges as a Saturday viewing assistant in Farnborough. Jules’ job is to oversee all aspects of the reservation process, sales progression, admin and to ensure smooth running of the department. On a day-to-day basis she also deals with all the shared ownership properties, arranging viewings, qualification, and assessment and then handover upon completion. She is a dedicated member of of the team who will go the extra mile to help anyone. Outside of work, Jules enjoys spending time with her family friends and dogs.

PA & Marketing Support

Paula Coombs

Paula Coombs is the PA & Marketing Support working for the group since 2017. Along with the marketing team she works tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of our company’s marketing. Additionally, she works with our Managing Director of Sales to support the drive for growth and development of the Bridges group and strives for greatness.  Although not born in Hampshire, she has lived locally for over 20 years with her husband and two children, who will often be out and about enjoying the local area and all it has to offer.

Ella-Jane Amor

Ella Amor is a Senior Business Services Coordinator at Bridges having previously established a career working in Finance. When Ella joined Bridges, she expressed her passions in working hard and pushing her limits. Outside of work, Ella spends most of her time in the gym or enjoying her social life.

Eve Deacon

Eve Deacon is a Senior Business Services Assistant responsible for the smooth running of the Groups administrative requirements. Eve strives to provide excellent customer service and ensures she helps everyone she meets. Eve started her journey at Bridges in 2023 progressing herself through the admin department. Eve enjoys spending her time with her friends and family and an occasional cocktail.

Martin Coombs

Martin Coombs is a Senior Area Manager at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works. Martin lives locally with his wife and daughters, and spends his free time running and cycling the woods and trails around the Fleet area.

Associate Director of Lettings

Jason Jones (MARLA)

Jason Jones (MARLA) is the Associate Director of Lettings for the Bridges Group and is ultimately responsible for leading the Lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed and a desire to learn. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year, his figures are both impressive and formidable to his colleagues. Jason is that rare breed that can write business as well as leading his teams, planning, and strategising our business growth. Nothing is too much trouble for Jason, you are truly in the safest of hands.

Group Managing Director

James Baldry (FNAEA)

James Baldry (FNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard.  Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Group Managing Director

Daniel Pockett (MARLA)

Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is Group Managing Director and is primarily responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs. As well as enjoying the challenges of his role, Daniel likes to spend as much time as possible with his family and this normally involves his passions of good food, great holidays and plenty of time on the sea.

Carlo Stocchetti (FNAEA FARLA)

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
