Roles and Responsibilities: 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include: 


  • Elevate customer service to an extraordinary level, leaving a positive and memorable mark on each interaction. 
  • Meticulously ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in addressing every call or enquiry. 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to efficiency by promptly addressing and resolving all inbound enquiries. 
  • Focus intently on resolving issues within the same day, showcasing a dedication to timely issue resolution. 
  • Navigate and expertly manage calls, showcasing your ability to handle challenging situations. 
  • Be an expert in navigating Bridges CRM’s and partner CRM systems. 
  • Take charge of diary management with a keen eye for detail, ensuring schedules are meticulously coordinated and optimised for efficiency across all Bridges Branches. 
  • Establish and maintain open, effective communication channels with all branches, vendors, clients, and relevant partners. 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities. 
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs.
