Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Land, Commercial and Housing Association Client Manager. This role is perfect for someone with a background in estate agency or housing association sales, possessing a proven track record in dealing with land, commercial properties, and housing associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase our profile, brand, and build the department.
- Confidently approach new clients and landowners to secure opportunities.
- Follow established systems and processes to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in expanding our land offering and geographic coverage.
- Grow turnover and profit by delivering our strategic objectives.
- Ensure clients, contacts, and the community receive high-level service.
- Create opportunities for our developer clients.
- Network with new clients and professionals to generate more opportunities.
- Deliver a pipeline of new homes opportunities from your land work to the group.
Duties:
Manage public perception of the company through boards, photos, marketing, and networking.
Develop and implement strategies to create further land opportunities.
Provide pragmatic advice and make composed, competent decisions.
Organise canvassing and tout management using land insight.
Conduct viewing appointments with a focus on securing business.
Adhere to company compliance and service level expectations.
Win high levels of business personally and support your team.
Manage relationships with housing association clients, including marketing, sales, viewings, handovers, and lender access.
Provide new homes leads to the head of New Homes.
Utilise Land Insight to generate opportunities and maintain a streamlined database.
Requirements:
Proven track record in dealing with land or property sales.
Strong understanding of land intricacies and a network of clients.
Problem-solving aptitude and deal-making ability.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Ability to deliver high levels of service consistently.
Experience in marketing, canvassing, and business development.
