LETTINGS ASSISTANT

Role – Overview:

A key role in the office and your start to your career in the property industry. You will provide support to the team and the drive to achieve the goals of the office. Sharing in the successes, you will become an integral part of the team as you develop the skills and knowledge you will need to be a market leading estate agent within our business.

  • Provide top customer service in the office and out in the field to our clients.
  • Have a good knowledge of our property stock and our applicants.
  • Accompany viewings, be the point of contact for organising and executing these successfully.
  • Provide concise feedback to the Client Manager on each viewing appointment.
  • Manage a diary of appointments to enable a good experience for all customers and to facilitate travel time to future appointments.
  • To act as ‘front of house’ when in the office to take enquiries and send customers to the right person for their enquiry.
  • Monitoring incoming call traffic when office based with a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to either assist or give clear detailed messages.
  • Make outbound calls to match tenants to properties, and ultimately let houses.
  • Take property photos, videos and complete floorplans to a high standard.
  • Work closely with our administration department on property launches.
  • Understand and implement the logistics of diary management.
  • By hands, leaflet dropping, correcting our board profile whilst out and about, and all other general works that is delegated to help the office run efficiently and as required by the team.

  • Experience of dealing with customers in any role, face to face or on the phone.
  • An attitude and the desire to be a market leading agent.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive.
  • Full UK driving licence (automatic or manual) and business insurance for your vehicle.
