Achieve personal targets for new Landlord leads and lets agreed.
Manage applicant database.
Handle new Tenant enquiries.
Provide our clients with high standards of customer service.
Farm databases for new Landlord opportunities
Work with investors looking to purchase properties in our areas.
Arrange and conduct viewings.
Carry out ‘Right to Rent’ checks.
Target competitors portfolios with a view to gaining landlords details.
Work with the office Manager to grow the business and increase market share.
Undertake internal and external training and become a member of ARLA.
