Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45 – 17:30
Salary: £27-£30k OTE
Location: Aldershot – Hybrid working possible after 3 months!

Are you a natural problem solver with a knack for resolving issues and building great relationships? If so, we’ve got an exciting opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as a Lettings Property Manager!

In this role, you’ll be managing a busy portfolio of 150-160 properties, working in one of the biggest and most exciting property offices in the South East. With your customer service skills, you’ll be the go-to person for both landlords and tenants, guiding them from move-in to move-out and making sure they receive the excellent service we’re known for.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • You’ll be expected to provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication for the duration of the tenancy
  • Calling new tenants and landlords within 48 hours of move-in to introduce yourself as their dedicated contact.
  • Tackling any maintenance or tenancy concerns head-on, while also keeping an ear open for any other issues (yes, we said it – having a good ear is key here!).
  • Visiting properties in your portfolio, ensuring safety compliance and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Managing tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and making sure properties are ready for the next tenant.

After 3 months of working in our buzzing office, you’ll have the chance to enjoy hybrid working with 2 days remote – one of which will be out and about on property visits, giving you a great balance of office and fieldwork.
