Sales Support – Ash Vale

Role – Overview:

A key role in the office and your start as a trainee estate agent. You will provide support to the team and the drive to achieve the goals of the office. Sharing in the success’s you will become an integral part of the team as you develop the skills and knowledge you will need to be a market leading estate agent within our business

  • Provide top customer service in the office and out in the field to our clients.
  • Have a good knowledge of our property stock and our buyers.
  • Accompany viewings for the office and the Hub, be the point of contact for organising and executing these successfully.
  • Provide concise feedback to the branch on each viewing appointment.
  • Manage a diary of appointments to enable a good experience for all customers and to facilitate travel time to future appointments.
  • To act as ‘front of house’ when in the office to take enquiries and send customers to the right person for their enquiry.
  • Incoming call traffic when office based with a ‘can do’ attitude and ability to either assist or give clear detailed messages.
  • Make outbound sales calls to match buyers to property, and ultimately sell houses.
  • Take property photos and complete floorplans to a high standard.
  • Understand and implement the logistics of diary management.
  • By hands, leaflet dropping, correcting our board profile whilst out and about, all other general works that is delegated to help the office run efficiently and as required by the team.

  • Experience of dealing with customers in any role, face to face or on the phone.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive.
  • Full UK driving licence (automatic or manual) and business insurance for your vehicle.
