Weekend Viewing Assistant

Location: Farnham | Basingstoke | Fleet | Hook
Hours: Saturdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £14.50 per hour + bonuses

The Role

Bridges Estate Agents are looking for a confident and personable Weekend Viewing Assistant to support our residential sales teams during our busiest day of the week across our Farnham, Basingstoke, Fleet and Hook branches.

Working on Saturdays, you will represent the Bridges brand while conducting property viewings, welcoming clients and supporting the team with weekend sales activity.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, has strong customer service skills and is interested in gaining experience within the property industry.

You will play a key part in ensuring clients have a positive viewing experience while providing valuable feedback that helps our sales teams progress deals.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting Property Viewings

• Accompany prospective buyers on property viewings.

• Highlight key features and benefits of each property.

• Share local area insights including amenities, schools and transport links.

• Ensure properties remain secure and well presented.

Client Interaction

• Welcome applicants professionally both in the office and at viewings.

• Answer questions about properties and the local area.

• Provide helpful and accurate information to prospective buyers.

Sales Team Support

• Assist negotiators with weekend viewing schedules.

• Support open house events and property launches.

• Record viewing outcomes and feedback accurately within the CRM system.

• Ensure all activity is recorded for Monday follow-up.

Commission & Bonuses

• £14.50 per hour basic pay

Additional bonuses:

• £10 per deal that exchanges

• £10 voucher per Simply deal

• £20 voucher per Financial Services deal

(Paid subject to company rules and successful exchange completion.)
