Celebrity Charity Football Match

Bridges and Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice are joining together to hold a ‘Sellebrity Soccer’ match at Aldershot Town Football Club on Friday 3rd May, with gates opening at 6.30pm for a 7.45pm kick-off.

We have been strong supporters of the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice which celebrates its 40th ANNIVERSARY this year. We have long admired the work they do for the local community and it makes us very proud to be able to combine our association with Aldershot Town FC with an annual event held at the ground. This year will be our biggest ever.

A limited number of VIP tickets can also be purchased. Priced at £35 each, these include access to the VIP area, seating and bar, as well as an exclusive meet, greet and photos with the celebs.

All of the money raised by the match will go directly towards funding the supportive and end of life care which Phyllis Tuckwell provides for local patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, such as cancer. Every day it supports over 250 patients, relatives and carers – in their own homes, in the community, at the Hospice in Farnham and at the Beacon Centre in Guildford – but as the NHS/ Government only covers 20% of its costs, it has to raise over £20,000 a day to do this.
