CORONAVIRUS PROCEDURES
SALES & LETTINGS

It is essential that as we all learn to live with Covid that we protect our teams and clients, and we would like to reassure you that we continue to encourage sensible and responsible precautions to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, colleagues and the public.

Please continue reading to view our latest Covid policies and procedures.

Our offices are open for business as usual and although self-isolation is no longer mandatory if a member of our staff tests positive for Covid-19 we will be asking them to work from home in line with the Government advice.

We take our responsibilities very seriously and so your understanding is appreciated but we assure you that we are well organised to facilitate working from home without interrupting the service our clients expect.

We are open for business

Property Valuations

We will continue to provide our staff with face coverings, but it is a matter of personal preference so if you would rather they wore one, just let us know when you make the appointment. We will arrange to take full details, photographs and a mobile walk throughout to minimise the need for additional visits. We would also advise that you call one trusted agent out to give you a market appraisal, should you wish to opt for more, can we ask that Bridges are first. We can also arrange for you to sign all the key paperwork electronically for your ease and convenience

TO VIEW PROPERTIES:

Video walkthroughs or mobile tours are available on the majority of our properties but we understand nothing beats viewing the property in person. Face coverings are now a matter of personal preference so it is your choice if you wish to wear a face covering, if you prefer that the member of staff you are meeting also wears a face covering please let us know when you book the appointment so they can come prepared.

If you wish for us to carry out a CONTACTLESS APPOINTMENT we can give you a full market appraisal by video call and complete any necessary paperwork electronically.
