In 2021, Bridges saw an exceptional level of interest amongst three bedroom semi-detached and end of terrace properties. We are seeing a rise in the amount of London buyers moving out of the city to from London to surrounding areas, predominantly looking for Hampshire and Surrey properties due to the benefit of having great access to both train stations and motorway links and fewer people needing to commute to London due to the flexibility of working from home. Covid has had an impact on leasehold properties as more and more buyers are looking to move from apartments with no outside space into the three-bedroom house market with outside space being a sought after feature.
