As one of the directors of Bridges my main focus over the last few years has been building the lettings side of the business. I work on the shop floor and I always make myself available for any of our customers or staff to speak to. The business is ARLA licensed and over 50% of the staff working within it hold their own ARLA qualifications and memberships. Our well-structured, tried and tested procedures, ensure that our Landlords exposure is minimal and they always receive the highest possible service standards

We do not over complicate Lettings, always aiming to keep things simple!

Mark Compton

Mark will always make himself available to help both Landlords and Tenants where necessary and offer advice when needed to give clients a service that is unrivalled.

Having worked in the local area and the industry for over 21 years in both the Lettings and Sales departments I have the experience necessary to offer clients the best advice, whether they are looking to buy an investment property or a tenant looking to rent for the first time. Buying as an investment or renting can be a daunting task for many people and I am confident in my ability to offer the support and advice required to settle any doubts or anxiety they may have.

His proactivity, determination and helpful nature means that he is always willing to go the extra mile. Jason will always be available to support and advise all our clients.

As a Move Co-Ordinator Assistant I have extensive knowledge of the referencing and lettings processes and I ensure that I always give 100% to every move.
