Moving home? Having a declutter? Carrying out home improvement? Don’t bin it! Support our charity partners!

Did you make the most of the January sales and have a new sofa or dining table arriving soon?

Are you hoarding furniture you no longer need?

Or have the kids flown the nest and you’re now making their bedrooms into a home gym/office or even a mancave?

Whatever the reason if you are having a declutter our charity partners want to hear from you!

With Spring just around the corner take this time to have a good clear out! Did you know that clutter can make your home seem much smaller! Lots of us spent time in lockdown sorting and storing items in vacuum storage bags but haven’t needed these items since? Why not donate your unwanted goods to our local charity partners?

So how does it work and how do you donate your goods?

If you live in Aldershot, Ash Vale, Farnborough, Frimley, Fleet, Farnham, Camberley and surrounding areas then we are encouraging donations of furniture, to help raise money for your LOCAL hospice Phyllis Tuckwell.

All items will need to be saleable and have appropriate safety labels attached (e.g. fire safety on upholstered items). The Phyllis Tuckwell team will assess all furniture before it is taken as to its saleability, including whether it can be safely removed from the property.

If you live in Hook, Basingstoke & Surrounding Villages then we are encouraging donations of furniture, to help raise money for your LOCAL hospice St Michael’s Hospice.

All items will need to be saleable and have appropriate safety labels attached. St. Michael’s will assess all furniture before it is taken as to its saleability, including whether it can be safely removed from the property. Please email furniture@stmichaelshospice.org.uk with photos of the items you would like to donate or call us on 01256 471191.

If you think you can help our charity partners, they would love to hear from you!  But, if it really is rubbish please don’t take it along to Phyllis Tuckwell or St Michael Hospice Shops – it costs all charity shops a fortune to dispose of rubbish!

So, before you bin – think if our charity partners could benefit from your pre-loved furniture and homeware. You’ll be helping a great cause and the environment too!
