This is an exciting role for a Lettings Negotiator with at least 6 months’ experience  to play an integral part in increasing our profile and brand whilst building upon our successes.

Job Purpose:

• Follow the systems and processes built at Bridges to ensure that you are playing your part in hitting business objectives.
• Be part of a motivated team to challenge or retain top spot in town.
• Help to grow the businesses turnover and profit by delivering our strategy.
• Ensure clients, contacts and our locals receive an appropriate, competent and high level of service.
• To evolve by taking on more responsibility for the companies processes.
• Progress onto being a Client Manager and leading your own team, by achieving the milestones and showing the endeavour to do so.

Responsible For:

• Achieve personal targets for new Landlord leads and lets agreed.
• Manage applicant database.
• Handle new Tenant enquiries. 
• Provide our clients with high standards of customer service. 
• Farm databases for new landlord opportunities.
• Work with investors looking to purchase properties in our areas. 
• Arrange and conduct viewings.
• Administer offers.
• Carry out ‘Right to Rent’ checks.  
• Target competitors portfolios with a view to gaining Landlords details.  
• Work with the office Manager to grow the business and increase market share.
• Undertake internal and external training and become a member of ARLA. 

Salary:

Basic salary £18,000 OTE £27,000

To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
