Having been in the industry for 17 years, he joined Bridges in 2024 because of our drive for excellence and high standards of customer service. This is something that resonates strongly with Paul and something he wants to build on, improving the moving experience for every single client in the Farnborough community. Before becoming an Estate Agent, Paul was a Police Officer for many years so he is well versed in dealing with stressful situations and keeping people calm, and prides himself on always being supportive to everyone who trust us with their move. Paul lives in Yateley with his wife and two sons and spends most of his free time being a taxi to youth football matches all around Hampshire.

Will Rosten (MNAEA) is an Area Manager at the Bridges Group who works alongside the Directors and branch teams to ensure our high standards are maintained for each and every client. Having been an agent in Camberley and the surrounding area since 2001, Will is extremely passionate about his local patch having grown up in Camberley, he now lives there with his wife and two children attending local schools. Away from the office Will spends his time trying to entertain his two young daughters, experimenting (with some interesting results) in the kitchen, and catching the odd round of golf.

James Baldry (FNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
