Accumulating a vast knowledge and experience within the property industry from a career starting all the way back in 1996, Kevin shows those years in his tireless effort to ensure his clients’ properties are marketed in the way he would like to see his own property marketed. With over 10 years’ experience in the Berkshire property market, Lee has built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding results with a refreshingly modern approach. Working across Ash Vale and the surrounding areas, he combines sharp market insight with a strategic pricing methodology designed to generate competition and achieve premium outcomes for his clients. His approach isn’t about simply listing property, it’s about positioning it correctly from day one to maximise value and momentum. Lee is known for offering genuine value for money while maintaining the highest professional standards. Eli Logayatu is a Sales Negotiator based in our Farnborough office. He first entered the real estate world at just 17, working in London (St Paul’s) for three years as a Lettings Agent. This was an invaluable introduction to the corporate property sector, where he gained experience dealing with high-end properties and the fast-paced, competitive London market. Eli has a genuine passion for meeting new people and proudly describes himself as a “people person”. He later found his stride in property sales after working with a small independent agency, where he discovered the real satisfaction that comes from guiding buyers and sellers through the journey of finding their dream home. Outside of work, Eli enjoys staying active and can often be found playing what he jokingly calls two “frustrating but addictive” sports, Padel and Golf. He plays several times a week and is always up for a friendly challenge, enjoying the competitive edge just as much as the social side.

Having grown up in Camberley and lived in Bracknell for several years, Jonathan has excellent local knowledge and is perfectly placed to support clients across our Bracknell and Farnborough offices. His familiarity with the area, combined with his professional expertise, allows him to deliver a tailored and personable service. Jonathan prides himself on making every client experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Having been an agent in Camberley and the surrounding area since 2001, Will is extremely passionate about his local patch having grown up in Camberley, he now lives there with his wife and two children attending local schools. Away from the office Will spends his time trying to entertain his two young daughters, experimenting (with some interesting results) in the kitchen, and catching the odd round of golf.

Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
