Philip Gascoyne (MNAEA)

Philip Gascoyne (MNAEA) is the Head of Platinum Homes and has been in the industry since 2002. Having worked in the area all his adult life, he has an excellent understanding of local market trends and buyer/seller demands to ensure he and his team deliver excellent customer service and are always ahead of the curve. He is also responsible for aspects of training within the company due to the efficiency with which he runs his office and attention to detail shown in all aspects of the business. Outside of work he is a keen car enthusiast who enjoys regular trips to the racetrack, as well as spending time with friends and family.

James Baldry (FNAEA)

James Baldry (FNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard.  Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Will Rosten (MNAEA)

Will Rosten (MNAEA) is an Area Manager at the Bridges Group who works alongside the Directors and branch teams to ensure our high standards are maintained for each and every client. Having been an agent in Camberley and the surrounding area since 2001, Will is extremely passionate about his local patch having grown up in Camberley, he now lives there with his wife and two children attending local schools. Away from the office Will spends his time trying to entertain his two young daughters, experimenting (with some interesting results) in the kitchen, and catching the odd round of golf.

Matt Fenn is a Senior Associate within our Platinum Homes Department. With over 10 years of experience in the property industry, Matt Fenn is a trusted estate agent with a deep knowledge of Hampshire, Surrey, and Berkshire’s borders. Born and raised in Fleet, Matt still resides in the area with his wife and their 16-month-old son, making him intimately familiar with the local market and the needs of its residents.

Matt is passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals, whether it’s buying, selling, or letting. He takes immense pride in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client receives the attention and guidance they deserve throughout the entire process. His passion for his work, combined with his extensive market knowledge, makes him a reliable and approachable professional in the industry.

Jazzie Bal joined the Platinum Homes by Bridges as a Platinum Homes Consultant, bringing with her three years of valuable experience within the property industry. Having recently relocated to the local area, Jazzie is excited to combine her industry knowledge with a fresh perspective on the market. She is passionate about helping people find their ideal home and is committed to helping clients feel confident and supported throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, Jazzie enjoys spending time with her family and exploring nature through Horse riding.

Emma Ratcliffe

Emma Ratcliffe looks after our Digital Media, Sponsorship & PR and originally started her Bridges journey as a Saturday assistant back in 2003 at the age of 15. When Emma returned in 2013, she expressed her passion for getting creative and bringing her ideas to life via our digital platforms and started to grow our online profile. As a local girl, Emma loves working with our local schools and charities alongside the digital role. Emma spends her time outside of work being a mum to her son Daniel as well as enjoying nice food, a social drink, and a party dance!
