Having Purchased and Sold through Bridges - They are the best agents in Hook and surrounding villages. In the past we went with the competition and were left feeling sub-par/average and stressed. However, this time around we went with Bridges and it was the best decision we could have made. It was a partnership and Bridges were pro-active, had great communication, professional, diligent and we achieved what we wanted from the sale and purchase. From a buying perspective, Bridges are unique as they give you full market information per purchase i.e. everything you would want to know about a property and its surroundings, even before you walk through the door. They are consultative in their approach and for them its about you purchasing the right property for your needs and circumstances, not just selling a house. House prices are reflected from actual data and information, rather than trying to get a quick sale like other firms do. We are in our dream property, in one of the best roads which is idyllic for our family. From a selling point of view; we were delighted and overjoyed. To give some context here, we went with the competition 12 months prior and got 1 offer and 3 viewings, over a 1-2 month period vs Bridges - we got 11 viewings in 1 week and 4 offers. Even though the property fell through, further down the chain - we got a further 2 offers which were better than previous. Bridges have good partnerships in the village as well as solicitors, surveyors and other third parties which normally create stress. We could tell everything which was going on during the entire process and were updated regularly. Kevin is a very professional and charismatic individual with tonnes of estate agency experience. He has a very talented team in Justin and Kieran who are both very likeable and nice people to deal with. Kathy is thorough and well connected and made the post sales part, straight forward even though buying and selling houses isn't always that simple. Fantastic estate agents. Extremely helpful and friendly. We have just purchased our first house through them and from start to finish they've been amazing. Originally we went to visit another shared ownership property, and through no fault of the Aldershot branch, we missed out as another party visited the property before us. However, Owen had already lined up another property for us to view before it even went on the market. During the sales process we had nothing but trouble with the solicitors, and Rebecca was always there with solutions. Rebecca knew what was happening with the sale and informing us before the solicitors knew what was going on. She was star of the show when it came down to the wire on exchange and completion week.
