If you are a tenant reporting an emergency issue outside of office hours, please use the link below. The issue will be fully triaged, and the out-of-hours contractor dispatched if required. If the report is not deemed an emergency, the property management team will address it on the next working day.

An emergency is defined as a situation that poses an immediate risk to health, safety, life, property, or the environment. Examples include:
- Severe water leaks or flooding that cannot be contained
- Total loss of heating or hot water in very cold conditions
