Are you currently recruiting?

How much money will I earn?
This is completely down to you. You will be surrounded by the very best individuals in the local area within their own specific disciplines. This coupled with our unrivalled and uncapped commission structures and support network means you are best placed to thrive in our incentive driven environment.
Do I need to have previous industry experience or qualifications?
Not always. We have structured and proven pathways in place at every step of your career that include both your ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) or NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) qualifications which means that regardless of your professional background we are in a position to provide the necessary training and development to employ individuals with varying levels of experience.
What do you look for in a candidate?

How do I prepare for my interview?
We will always speak with you over the telephone ahead of any face-to-face meeting.
We just want you to be you and let your personality shine through. We understand that nerves may be present in situations like interviews, but we will always try to make the environment as comfortable as possible for you. It’s just as important that we are what you are looking for in a company so we would advise you ask as many questions as you need to establish this.
What if I don’t want to be an estate or letting agent?
That’s okay. We have a range of departments and teams that make up our market leading business, each requires a slightly different skill set from sales to marketing to administration and plenty in between. Is there room for progression?
100%.
Our progression pathways are designed specially to help you achieve your goals and consist of support, training and education. We are able to provide the opportunity across all areas of our business for individuals to progress in their careers. Although we offer longevity rewards for our employees amongst other benefits it’s not always about how long you have been with us, it’s about your ability to do the job to the highest possible standard.
Do I have to work weekends?
You may have to work weekends depending on the role however, you will be entitled to a lieu day for working two weekends in a month and you will also have the opportunity for an additional lieu day for hitting your key performance indicators (KPI’s).
