Because of this, we partner with Rightmove Landlord & Tenant Services© to screen potential tenants. This ensures we secure quality tenants from the outset.

However, circumstances can change. Redundancy, relationship breakdowns, ill health, or bankruptcy can result in tenants:

  • being unable to pay the rent
  • refusing to move out at the end of the tenancy
  • delaying the process of regaining possession of your property

As a letting agent that cares, we offer a Rent & Legal Protection insurance policy. As our landlord, you can be added to our policy—meaning if things go wrong, we handle everything for you.

This service includes instructing legal experts, dealing with difficult tenants, and providing full support throughout. It is available for the duration of the tenancy where we collect rent or actively manage the property.

It’s simple. We add your interest to our policy and, should the need arise, we’ll make a claim and pay you what’s due—minus any outstanding management fees. You get all the benefits with none of the hassle.

If a claim is made, our policy will:

  • Continue rent payments until vacant possession is obtained
  • Cover legal costs to regain possession of the property
  • Cover breaches of tenancy, including anti-social behaviour
