If it is a genuine emergency please call our out of hours emergency contractor, Thames Flame, on 0203 189 1414. Thames Flame will only attend to genuine emergencies out of hours. If you have asked them to attend and they do not deem the situation to be an emergency you will be responsible for their call out charge.
