Hello everyone my name is Phil and I’m a manager for Bridges in Frimley I just wanted to share some positive news with you today in that we have simultaneously exchanged and completed on two properties in the Frimley and Camberley area which is really positive news in the current circumstances of COVID-19, both of the buyers were naturally delighted if not a little surprised that they both actually happened today and they got their keys handed over in a socially distancing acceptable way, of course, granted it is more difficult at the moment but just goes to show that where there’s a will there’s a way and with some help obviously from ourselves and with the solicitors in question we made it happen and now we’ve got two very happy sellersand two very happy buyers so the business in the Frimley housing market is still happening at the moment and we’re here to help.
