The role will require a driven candidate with the ability to interact with clients at the highest levels. The candidate will have experience of new homes market and be a confident communicator able to build and maintain relationships.
This role is ideal for a candidate with new homes experience looking to learn and progress to the next steps of their career. The role will be equally split between managing their own key clients, generating sales and providing excellent customer service as well as learning how to generate and close new homes opportunities from initial contact to preparing market analysis, pitches and fee proposals. Initially working alongside the Land & New Homes team but with a view to learning the necessary skill sets to secure business on their own.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing key clients and reporting.
Site and client meetings.
Viewings and sales on site.
New Homes lead generation – site visits, database, planning applications etc.
Market analysis and reporting.
Improving conversion rate on multi agent sites.
Salary – Basic £30,000-£35,000 per annum, plus a healthy commission package
